Supplementary Charges For the bigger items
Larger items like heavy furniture and electricals cost more to deliver as they usually require more than one delivery person and a large delivery van. If your order contains multiple large items, you will only pay one large item delivery charge for this purchase.

If your parcel is over 10kg in weight, or over 1.5 metres in length, please use another service.

If your parcel is over 25kg in weight, or over 1.5 metres in length, please use another service.
ReturnPal

Fastway Collection
If you’d like your parcel collected from your home, just give us a call on 01 8300 800. Calls are charged at the national rate.
Fastway couriers can collect items that are too large/heavy for the other services.
